The polarizer and analyzer eliminate stray light in semiconductor and PCB inspection for clear detail. Choose a fixed analyzer or a 360° rotatable analyzer to observe the sample at different polarizing angles.
Tiny surface asperities invisible in bright field are revealed by the U-DICR attachment, which creates a high-contrast background. Widely used to check conductive particles on LCDs and surface scratches on precision disks.
The lever on the front of the illuminator switches between bright field and dark field and works in tandem with a built-in ND50 neutral-density filter. Switching from DF to BF, the ND50 automatically reduces the light intensity — more scientific and more comfortable for the eyes.
Up to seven objectives can be mounted at once, giving a continuous, well-spaced range of magnifications from low to high.
A 4-inch double-layer mechanical stage with a lock that limits Y-axis movement — ideal for horizontal scanning so nothing is missed.
